Terms of Service
Last updated: August 2026
These terms apply to the cross-border network acceleration and subscription services provided by VPNGI. By accessing, creating an account, or using the service, users confirm that they have read and agree to follow these rules. If they disagree, they should stop using the relevant services.
Service Scope and Eligibility
VPNGI provides network acceleration across 90+ countries / 200+ routes, with support for Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Routes are intended to improve connection quality for cross-border access, international websites, and related online services. Actual connection results may vary based on the user's location, local network, target service rules, and device environment.
Monthly subscriptions include ¥9.9/month with 60GB, ¥18/month with 250GB, and ¥28/month with 500GB. Data resets monthly on the activation date, and any upgrade price difference is calculated based on the remaining days. Data packages include ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB. They remain available until used and never expire.
Accounts, Subscriptions, and Devices
No email address is required to create an account; a username and password are sufficient. Users must safeguard their login credentials and are responsible for subscriptions, route usage, and settings changes made through their accounts. The account holder must promptly address access risks caused by inadequate credential protection.
Active subscriptions support unlimited simultaneous devices, but accounts, subscription credentials, and service benefits are intended only for reasonable use by the account holder. Reselling or renting subscriptions, or continuously sharing account access and subscription content with unrelated third parties, is prohibited. When a plan's data is exhausted or a subscription expires, the relevant service permissions will be adjusted according to the current subscription status.
Compliant Use Requirements
Users must comply with the laws and regulations of their location and the rules of the services they access. Users may not use VPNGI for unlawful activities, infringe the lawful rights of others, or perform unauthorized system access, malicious traffic distribution, network attacks, fraud, or other actions that interfere with normal network operations.
Users are responsible for content accessed, published, transmitted, or stored through the service. Target websites, applications, and third-party platforms have independent terms. Their account reviews, regional determinations, content restrictions, and service decisions are not controlled by VPNGI.
Service Availability and Liability
VPNGI may adjust nodes, routing, and technical configurations based on route operations, maintenance schedules, and network conditions. Planned maintenance, upstream network changes, device system updates, local network operator issues, or external events beyond reasonable control may cause connection interruptions, speed changes, or temporary unavailability of some routes.
The service does not guarantee that any route will maintain the same performance in every location, on every device, or with every target platform. Users should select routes according to their actual needs and keep necessary data backups. To the extent permitted by applicable law, VPNGI is not liable for losses caused by changes to third-party services, user device failures, or violations of these terms by users.
Account Suspension and Termination
If a user violates laws or regulations, infringes the rights of others, interferes with service operation, resells or improperly shares a subscription, or maliciously consumes network resources, VPNGI may restrict route access, suspend the account, or terminate the service according to the impact. To protect the network and other users, restrictions may be applied first when necessary, followed by a review of relevant usage records.
Subscription expiry, exhausted data, or a user's voluntary decision to stop using the service does not affect responsibilities that arose earlier. After account termination, users may not continue using the original subscription credentials to access routes.
Refunds and Changes to These Terms
A full refund without explanation may be requested within 14 days of the first payment. Refund requests must be submitted through an available service channel within the account so that the first payment record and subscription status can be verified. Alipay / WeChat / USDT are supported payment methods.
VPNGI may update these terms due to service adjustments, compliance requirements, or changes to operating rules. Updates will be published on this page, and the last-updated date at the top will be changed accordingly. Continued use after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If users do not accept them, they should stop using the service.
These terms and the Privacy Policy form the basic rules applicable to use of VPNGI services. Specific plan details are subject to the Plans page and the information shown in the account.
